We like to get to know our models so we asked a few questions to get to know Patrick. Here is what he had to say...
Question: Do you have any special talents?
Jack: I DJ and play guitar
Question: What stereotype do you most wish people would stop enforcing?
Jack: That nightlife isn’t a vital and integral part of a city’s culture. People too often dismiss nightlife as this hedonistic underbelly of a city, where people go to just hook up and abuse substances. Nightlife is so important to retaining younger generations in a city and there’s so much culture that people are missing out when you dismiss these spaces after you’ve settled down with a partner. People from all different walks of life come together and dance together - people that never otherwise would be around each other. It’s a mass release of energy from the working week and it’s something I’m proud to help shape in Kansas City.
Question: How can we build an atmosphere of inclusion regardless of personal religious or political beliefs?
Jack: People feel like they have to understand every decision someone makes in order to validate it. And when we don’t understand something, all of a sudden we have to assign a moral value to it. You can include someone without always understanding them. What’s not OK is pushing your beliefs or lack of understanding as a moral right or wrong and policing others on what they do with their own bodies. As long as you’re not hurting anyone and staying true to yourself, you’re welcome at my party

Question: How do you sexually identify?
Corban: I am a gay cis man who is a bottom He/Him/His
Question: What or Who inspires you?
Corban: I look up to Marcus Aurelius because he represents discipline and integrity no matter the situation.
As someone balancing a master’s in business management and sex work, that mindset matters to me staying grounded, focused, and true to myself without letting outside judgment define who I am or what I’m building.
Question: How can we build an atmosphere of inclusion regardless of personal religious or political beliefs?
Corban: Inclusion starts with choosing respect over agreement. People can hold different religious or political beliefs, but still treat each other with dignity and fairness. For LGBTQ+ communities and sex workers especially, that means not reducing people to stereotypes or moral judgments. It means listening more than assuming, and recognizing that everyone has a full human story beyond labels. You don’t have to share someone’s views to create space for them you just have to allow their humanity to matter as much as your own.

Summer is a busy time for the queer community. Your skin can get easily stressed out and overwhelmed. Of course, you already know I'm going to remind you to wear your SPF to all of your daytime festivities. There's also some skincare ingredients to keep in mind for troubled skin.
Niacinamide is great for balancing oil production in the skin, balancing your pores. Another is Azelaic acid, amazing for redness and post acne spots. Lastly, Lactic Acid which I love because it exfoliates, brightens, and helps to deliver moisture.
So if you see these ingredients featured on a bottle at the store, may be a worth incorporating into your routine.
